Ingredients
- 2 cans asparagus spears
- 3 T cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 T chopped pimentos
- 1 tsp dried parsley

Mix all together except asparagus spears. Pour mixture over spears and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
