Ingredients
- Pastry for 2-crust pie
- 1 pkg. 8 oz.Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 can (6oz.) crabmeat, drained Or shrimp
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups light cream or milk
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Bake pie crust for 5 minutes at 425*
Increase to 450*. Sprinkle cheese evenly in shell. Add onions,seafood. Beat eggs and add milk and seasoning.Pour into shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350* and bake for 15 minutes or until set.
