Ingredients
- 1 (6-oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- Dash ground nutmeg
- Dash garlic powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Step 1
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: In a shallow bowl, combine thawed orange juice concentrate (NOT regular orange
juice) along with the marjoram, garlic powder and nutmeg. Dip each piece of chicken into the orange juice
concentrate mixture to coat completely. Place in a slow cooker; pour the remaining orange juice mixture over the
chicken. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 4 hours. When chicken is done, remove to a serving
platter. Pour the sauce from the slow cooker into a saucepan. Mix the cornstarch and water and stir into the juice in
the pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. Serve the sauce over the chicken.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Brown rice, steamed asparagus and baby carrots.
