Ingredients
- 1 bag of Tater Tots (thawed)
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 12 0unces of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- salt to taste (or maybe seasoning salt or cajun seasoning)
- 1 small bag of sour cream and onion chips

Step 1
1. I usually cut the tater tots in half, but this is totally optional.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Saute onions in small amount of oil.
4. Mix together the tater tots, melted butter, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, onion, salt, and pepper.
5. When this is all mixed together, add the cheese a little bit at a time until everything is mixed together well.
6. Spread into a greased casserole dish.
7. Crunch up the sour cream and onion chips and sprinkle them over the top.
8. Bake for about 45 to 60 minutes.
