Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Wasabi horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon peeled, grated gingerroot
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 (6 ounce) ocean perch fillet
  • Fresh garlic
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F).

For aioli, blend mayonnaise, Wasabi horseradish, cream, ginger and oil in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate.

Pat fish dry with paper towels. Rub fish with cut garlic cloves. Coat fish evenly with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with pepper.

Place fish, seasoned side down, on grill rack or on sheet of heavy-duty foil on grill. Grill 4 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, carefully turning once.

Serve immediately topped with a tablespoon aioli.
