    cups flour

  • 3

    cups water (warm)

  • 5

    tablespoons sugar (I use about 3/4 to 1 cup)

  • 2

    pkg yeast (plus a little sugar)

  • 2

    tsp salt

  • 5

    tablespoons butter

Directions

Put warm water, yeast and a little sugar in a bowl let foam form. Mix all the above – raise twice makes about 6 loaves. Put into greased pans and let raise again. Bake 350 degrees for 45 mintues.
