Ingredients
- 5 apples -- combo, peeled and diced
- 1/2 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 can blueberry pie filling
- 6 ounces fresh blueberries
- Lemon or lime zest
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine apples, cranberry sauce, blueberry pie filling, blueberries and lemon zest.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients for crumb topping until crumbly. If using ramekins, spoon 2 tablespoons on top of the fruit filling in each ramekin. Bake until the top is crisp and crunchy, at least 1 hour. If baking in one large dish, bake at least 30 minutes longer. Serve warm or room temperature.
