Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/4 cups buttermilk (soy milk is fine)
- 1 cup butter or margarine -- room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate -- melted

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line two round 8" pans with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients except melted chocolate in large bowl and blend for 30 seconds on low, scraping constantly. Blend in melted chocolate and beat 3 minutes on high, scraping bowl. Pour in pans and bake for 45-50 minutes.
