Ingredients
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 8 ounces Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder
- 2 whole chickens -- cut up

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, mix marmalade, mustard, honey, lemon juice, and curry powder. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over chicken and bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until chicken is done. Baste occasionally.
