Sweet Potato Crunch

Ingredients

• 3 cups cooked sweet potato
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 bag marshmallows
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup nuts -- chopped
• 1/3 cup margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sweet potatoes, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, margarine, sugar and marshmallows. Pour into greased casserole. Mix brown sugar, flour, nuts and margarine. Crumble on top and bake for 30 minutes in 350 oven.
