- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 Tablespoon minced onion flakes
- salt and pepper
- Layer #3
- 1 1/2 1 pound packages frozen sliced carrots
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon minced onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly oil 5x9 loaf pan. Place a 9" wide piece of waxed paper in the pan, lining the sides and bottom. Oil again.
Layer #1: Cook peas and drain. Place peas and remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Spread evenly in pan.
Layer #2: Do the same.
Layer #3: Do the same.
Bake uncovered for 55 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Peel off waxed paper.
