Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • FROSTING
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, baking powder and eggs, stirring well to combine after each addition. Beat until creamy. Turn the mixer to low. Add flour and cocoa powder and beat until just combined.

Carefully, spoon the mixture into the crust. Don't worry if it's not exactly smooth, it will smooth in the oven.

Bake for 40 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. Do not overbake. Center should still be gooey.

Frosting: Beat frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spoon or pipe over pie.
