- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- 4 short ribs (about 2 pounds)

Preparation
Step 1
Place the Micro Grill in microwave and heat on high power for 3 minutes.
Mix together paprika, brown sugar, salt, red pepper flakes and dried mustard. Rub mixture over surface of short ribs.
Carefully remove the Micro Grill from microwave. Place 2 short ribs on grilling surface. Close the Micro Grill and return to microwave. Cook on high for 3 minutes, or until short ribs reach desired doneness. Repeat with remaining short ribs.
