Ingredients
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh sage, chopped
- Salt and pepper to tastes
- 1 large egg white

Step 1
Do not preheat Micro Grill.
In a small bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined. Form into a flattened oval. Place meatloaf on grilling surface of the Micro Grill. Place Micro Grill in microwave and cook on high for 4 minutes, 30 seconds, or until desired doneness is reached.
