Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- 3 tbsp. catsup
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. bottled red pepper sauce
- 1 purple cabbage hallowed out
- Fresh vegetables- carrot sticks, celery sticks, cauliflower, zucchini , turnips

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix well all ingredients except cabbage & vegetables. Chill. Should be make several days ahead. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
Fill center of hallowed out cabbage & surround with assorted vegetables for dipping.
