Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. curry powder
  • 3 tbsp. catsup
  • 2 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. bottled red pepper sauce
  • 1 purple cabbage hallowed out
  • Fresh vegetables- carrot sticks, celery sticks, cauliflower, zucchini , turnips

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix well all ingredients except cabbage & vegetables. Chill. Should be make several days ahead. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.

Fill center of hallowed out cabbage & surround with assorted vegetables for dipping.
