Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, cut into 3" pieces
- 2 tablespoons light butter
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 cup white wine
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Steam or boil green beans for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
2. Saute garlic in butter 3 mins or until tender and fragrant. Mix in beans, sprinkle bouillon on top, then saute another 5 mins to desired doneness.
3. Turn heat up to medium high, pour in wine and let it sizzle and evaporate most of the alcohol. Lower heat, season, stir thoroughly. Serve immediately!
Notes: Very easy and quite good!
