Ingredients

  • 1 med. orange
  • 1/4 c fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 c almond milk (subst. coconut milk)
  • 1/2 scoop Whey Protein Powder (subst. other protein powder)
  • 1/2 c 0% Greek yogurt (subst. coconut milk)
  • pinch Celtic sea salt
  • 3 doonks THM stevia
  • 1 tsp Vitamin C powder
  • 1-2 tsp chia seeds
  • splash vanilla
  • dash nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Pure orange extract or 3 drops orange essential oil

– add ice, Blend and enjoy – YUM!

NOTE: For Dairy-free/Nut-free I will use coconut milk in place of almond milk and yogurt and will use different protein powder.
