Ingredients
- 1 med. orange
- 1/4 c fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 c almond milk (subst. coconut milk)
- 1/2 scoop Whey Protein Powder (subst. other protein powder)
- 1/2 c 0% Greek yogurt (subst. coconut milk)
- pinch Celtic sea salt
- 3 doonks THM stevia
- 1 tsp Vitamin C powder
- 1-2 tsp chia seeds
- splash vanilla
- dash nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Pure orange extract or 3 drops orange essential oil

NOTE: For Dairy-free/Nut-free I will use coconut milk in place of almond milk and yogurt and will use different protein powder.
