Ingredients

  • 3 cups fusilli pasta
  • 3/4 cup broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion rings
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta, drain and rinse.

Place pasta in large serving bowl and add vegetables.

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar together, whisk until smooth. Pour over salad and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
