- 2 cups water
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup lemon juice

Step 1
Combine water, corn syrup and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; lower heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into a pan, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 3-4 hour until frozen, but still soft in the center. Defrost slightly if frozen too long. Blend ices in the blender until white and creamy. Freeze again for 3 hours minimum.
