Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet potato -- cooked and mashed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons margarine -- melted
  • 3 eggs -- beaten
  • 2 9 inch pie shells

Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then 350 for 45 min.
