Ingredients
- 6-8 yellow squash sliced
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg sharp grated cheddar
- 1 tsp sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at 350. Slice squash thinly and boil until soft. Remove and drain well. Mash lightly. Add egg, cheese, stuffing and sugar and reserve 1/4 grated cheese to spread on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
