Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cracked wheat
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups Bread Flour
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tablespoon wheat gluten (optional)
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoon active dry yeast

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine cracked wheat and boiling water in bread machine, let soften 30 mins.
2. Add remaining ingredients, run on dough cycle.
3. Place in sprayed 8" loaf pan. Let rise, covered, about 1 hour, or until crowned about 1" over rim of the pan. Bake at 350° for 35-45 mins, or until center registers 190°. Remove from pan, let cool on a wire rack.
very good. Didn’t use the gluten.
