Ingredients
- 6 7x7" egg roll wrappers
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning -- crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Step 1
Cut each egg roll wrapper into 4 squares. Fill a dutch oven or large pot about half full with water; bring to boiling.
Drop in egg roll wrapper, 1 or 2 at a time. Cook for 15 to 20 seconds or till the wrappers look like cooked noodles. Using a slotted spoon, gently remove one wrapper at a time. Place wrappers in a single layer on paper towels to drain. If wrappers stick together, hold them under cold water for a few seconds.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray coating. Arrange wrappers in a single layer on a baking sheet; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Bake in 375 oven for 5 minutes. Turn wrappers and bake for addition 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
