Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine -- softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups oats
- 1 3/4 cups butterscotch chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Beat margarine, sugar, and brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend thoroughly.
Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, beating until well blended. Add oats and butterscotch chips.
Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
