Ingredients
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- cornmeal
- oil

Step 1
Mix warm water and yeast. Mix in sugar. Mix in salt. Add about 1/2 the flour and ix. Add remaining flour and mix just until flour is mixed in. Pour 1-2 Tablespoons oil over dough and cover with saran wrap. Rise 45 minutes. Grease and cornmeal bread pan. Put dough in pan, spray saran wrap with oil and cover bread. Rise 45 minutes. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degees. Turn oven to 375 degrees and bake 16-20 minutes.
