Ingredients

  • 1

    c boiling water

  • 1/2

    c margarine

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

  • 1

    c flour

  • 4

    eggs, unbeaten

Directions

Bring water, butter and salt to boil. Add flour all at once over low heat. Beat with wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms compact ball. Remove from heat, continue beating to cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Onto parchment-lined cookie sheet, drop dough. Bake 45 minutes @ 400 degrees. Immediately cut small slit into side and return to oven for 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Split, remove inside and fill with pudding. Refrigerate. Top with powdered sugar immediately before serving.
