Ingredients
- 27 cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies--crushed
- 1/3 c butter or margarine--melted
- 1/3 c junior mint candies
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
- 2 c heavy whipping cream--whipped
- additional whipped cream and mints for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
in a bowl combine cookie crumbs and butter
press into the bottom and sides of a greased 9 inch springform pan-chill for 30 minutes
in a small pan heat mints and milk on low heat--stir until smooth. cool 10-15 minutes.
put marshmallow creme into a bowl and gradually beat in mint mixture. fold in whipped cream & pour into crust.
cover and freeze until firm
remove 30 minutes before serving--garnish with extra whipped cream & mints
