Ingredients
- 2 oz walnuts, chopped
- 6 oz SR flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 oz castor sugar
- 4 oz pre-creamed margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp powdered instant coffee
- 3 tbsp/60ml milk

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a bowl and gradually increase speed until the flour is incorporated. Beat for 1 minute.
Bake in a 7" / 18cm square tin for 40 mins at 375F.
After cooling, ice with coffee butter icing and decorate with coarsely chopped nuts.
