Ingredients
- 1 1/4 ground turkey
- 3 scallions -- chopped
- 4 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 wonton wrappers
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 2 scallion -- chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 Tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate -- thawed
- 1 Tablespoon chinese chili-garlic sauce
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 475. Place all the filling ingredients in a bowl and combine well.
Brush one side of the wrapper with oil or spray with Pam. Press into mini muffin tins. Add a heaping teaspoon of filling to each cup. Bake until wonton wrappers are brown and crisp, 10-15 minutes.
For the sauce: Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
