Ingredients
- 1/2 3-4 pound brisket
- 3/4 cup flour
- salt and pepper
- 4 Tablespoons oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar

Step 1
Combine flour, salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge brisket in flour mixture and brown in oil.
Meanwhile, combine orange juice, cranberries and sugar in crock pot. Add brisket and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours.
