Strawberry Spring Salad

Ingredients

• 3 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 3 Tablespoons water
• 1 Tablespoon honey
• 2 teaspoons oil
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 3 cups quartered strawberries
• 1 10 ounce bag Italian blend salad greens
• 4 teaspoons roasted pine nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first six ingredients and stir well with a whisk. Combine strawberries and greens. Add vinegar mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with nuts.
