Preparation
Step 1
Mix filling ingredients together in a large bowl. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Fold wrapper and using a little water, run your finger along the edge of the wrapper to seal. Set the wrappers on a plate while you finish.
To fry, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Place pot stickers in pan. Fry on both sides until lightly brown, about 1-2 minutes. Carefully add 3 tablespoons water to pan and immediately cover with tight lid. Wait until water is completely absorbed, about 2-3 minutes. Serve with sauce.
