Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoons chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
- SALAD
- 2 packages (16 ounces each) whole frozen green beans
- 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts -- drained and cut into strips
- 1/2 large red pepper -- julienned
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all dressing ingredients.
Run frozen green beans under warm water to thaw. Drain well. Add rest of ingredients.
Combine salad and dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
