Whoppers Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 cups flour
• 2/3 cup malted milk powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 6 Tablespoons butter -- melted
• 2 large eggs -- at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 ounces semisweet chocolate -- finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together flour, malted milk powder, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs and vanilla. Add milk mixture to flour mixture. Beat until just combined. Stir in chopped chocolate.

Fill each muffin cup half full. Bake 25-28 minutes.
