- 9 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 cups tomato juice

Step 1
Combine tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onion and garlic in food processor. Liquify. Then add salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Mix by hand and add approximately 2 cups tomato juice or enough to thin out the soup. Chill. You may need to add more juice the following day after the soup has chilled.
