Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 1 small onion -- chopped
  • 3 veggie burgers -- broken up
  • 2 Tablespoons molasses
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 16 ounce cans baked beans
  • 1 16 ounce can red kidney beans -- drained
  • 1 16 ounce can butter or northern beans -- drained

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Brown onions and burgers in oil.

In a separate bowl, mix together molasses, ketchup, and mustard. Add the beans.

Add the onion and burger mixture and place in a 3 quart casserole lightly coated with Pam. Bake, covered, 1 hour. Uncover, and bake an additional 30 minutes.
