- 1 cup sugar
- 6 lemons -- halved
- 6 cups boiling water

Step 1
Combine sugar and lemons in a 3 qt. pitcher. Add water, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool to room temperature. Remove lemons from pitcher, squeezing juice as you go along. Remove seeds with a slotted spoon. Chill.
