Ingredients

  • 1 package fresh yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups warm water
  • 3 Tablespoons salt
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine -- melted
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 10 1/4 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in Kitchen Aid and knead. Place in big bowl that has been greased. Cover and let rise until doubled. Shape into loaves (at this point they can be frozen until needed) and let rise again. Bake 325 for 30 to 35 minutes.
