Ricotta Italian Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 2 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 lb ricotta
• 4 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

cream together butter sugar eggs and dry ingredients. mix well.

blend in cheese. no non fat. may have to drain.

can add tsp vanilla.

bake 350 10 - 12 minutes.
