Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 cups elbow macaroni (about 8 ounce)
- 1 jar (15 ounce) light Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg - lightly beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Head over to 350 degrees. Coat two 24-well mini muffin pans with cooking spray. Sprinkle each cup with bread crumbs. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return in pot and stir in Alfredo sauce, cheese and egg. Divide mixture into muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Let cook 10 minutes in pan before serving.
