Ingredients
- 12 oz. skinless boneless chicken breats cut up
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 1 can(141/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 med. carrots cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 8 oz. can tomatoes undrained
- 1/2 c. water 1/2 lb. red or white potatoes cut up
- 1 41/2 can diced green chiles drained
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken, onion, garlic in oil until chicken is browned and onion is tender. Drain fat. Stir in chicken broth, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, chili peppers, chili powder, basil, salt, pepper.
Bring to b;oil, reduce heat, cover, simmer 30 min or cook in crock pot.
