Ingredients

  • ICING:
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted Nargarine
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup chopped Nuts
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 stick Margarine (very soft)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 box Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbs. Evaporated Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add next 4 ingredients.

In a 9X13 oblong pan line bottom with whole graham crackers. Spread filling on top of crakers. Then layer with crackers again and ice.

ICING:
Mix last 4 ingredients well and pour over cookies. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Yield: 4 dozen cookies
