Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 onion powder
- 1 pound chicken cutlets -- cut into bite-sized pieces
- cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup hot sauce

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine eggs, onion powder and garlic powder. In another bowl, put the cornflake crumbs. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture and then coat with cornflake crumbs. Fry in oil on both sides then transfer to baking pan.
In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake for 20 minutes (do not overbake) covered. Spoon the sauce from the bottom on the pan over the chicken.
