Sirloin Burger with cheese sauce

Nice use of a hamburger patty.
Serve on a chibata bun or with veggies

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 # hamburger
- evoo
- onion
- garlic
- 1 can diced tomatoes or 2 fresh tomatoes
- basil, fresh
- flour
- water
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- ricotta cheese
- parmesan and romano cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Divide hamburger into 4 patties and grill.
Saute onion and garlic in evoo
Add canned tomatoes and basil or if using fresh chop and add on top with basil when served.
In separate sauce pan mix flour and water to make a rue. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Blend in cheeses and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
Top meat with onions, tomatoes and sauce.
