  • 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Press rectangles over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of prepared baking pan. Press to seal perforations in dough. Bake 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over crust.

Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden. Let cool; cut into bars.
