Orange Glazed Beef Steaks

Ingredients

• 1 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
• 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 Tablespoon margarine
• 1 Tablespoon steak sauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger
• 6 beef steaks

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan combine the first seven ingredients until smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Broil or grill for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 5-8 more minutes, basting frequently with glaze.
