  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 8 sage leaves

Step 1

Using a sharp knife, slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to make 8 thin pieces. Place chicken on a greased baking sheet and cook under preheated hot broiler for 2 minutes.

Turn the chicken over and drape a slice of prosciutto over each piece. Return to the broiler for another 2 minutes, until prosciutto begins to crisp. Place a sage leaf on top of each and cook for another 1 minute, until chicken is cooked through and the prosciutto and sage are crisp.
