Chocolate Chip Shortbread

Ingredients

• 1 c butter softened
• 1/3 c sugar
• 1 3/4 c flour
• 1/4 c cornstarch
• 1 c mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 350.

combine butter and sugar in bowl. beat at med speed. add flour and cornstarch. beat and mix well one to two minutes. stir in by hand choc chips. press into 13x9 pan. prick with fork. bake 30 minutes until just begin to brown. cool in pan 15 minutes. cut into bars while still warm.
