Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/2 Cup water
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Pepper
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 4 Bread slices, processed into crumbs
- 1 Large egg, fork-beaten
- 1 lb. Lean ground beef
- 1/3 Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Corn syrup
- 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Prepared mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Add ground beef. Mix. Shape into 3/4 inch (2 cm) meatballs. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet with sides. Bake in 450°F (230°C) oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 45 meatballs.
Sauce: Measure all 5 ingredients into large saucepan. Heat and stir until hot. Pour over hot meatballs in serving dish. Makes 1/2 cup (125 mL) sauce.
