Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2 lbs flank steak
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 T honey
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 1/2 t ginger
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 scallion

Step 1
Cut steak into strips and roll into pinwheels, secure with toothpicks. Blend remaining ingredients in blender. Marinate meat for at least 8 hrs. BBQ steaks for about 5 minutes per side for med-rare. Boil marinade on stove and use for gravy.
